Recipe for Cheese and Spinach Pasta

125 gm	macaroni
30 gm	butter
2 x	rounded tbs plain flour
500 ml	milk
1/2 cup	grated cheese
250 gm	frozen spinach, thawed, drained or fresh (5 leaves / blanched 1 min)
1/2 cup	grated cheese, extra

Instructions:

Instructions: Cook & drain pasta. Melt butter in pan, stir in flour, stir over heat until bubbling. Remove from heat, gradually stir in milk, stir over heat until sauce boils & thickens, stir in cheese, spinach, pasta, salt & pepper. Pour mixture into ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with extra cheese. Bake in mod oven. 30 mins.
