Instructions: Fresh or dried parsley (not necessary, but pretty)
Layer meat, cheese and potatoes in a 13 x 9 pan, making 2 or 3 layers as ingredients allow, ending with cheese. Pour undiluted soup over the top and sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350 until heated through and bubbly. Mom served this with chewy French bread and a crisp salad. YUM! The amounts on ingredients can be adjusted to increase or decrease the size of the casserole. This also freezes well. Email this Recipe:
