Instructions: Put one layer of hamburger meat.... cover with cheese, salt and pepper, garlic and onion salt and then add second layer hamburger meat and put in oven on cookie sheet. Set oven on 350 (I HAVE A GAS OVEN) you will need to check it after 30 minutes to drain oil. Put it back in oven for 30 more minutes. After an hour, check to see if meat is done and if so, place another layer of cheese on top and place in oven until cheese melts...5 minutes or more.
