Instructions: Grease bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan with butter. Combine remaining butter, Zwieback, powdered sugar and mix well. Press firmly into pan.
Combine granulated sugar, flour, salt and blend gradually into cream cheese. Beat until smooth and light. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in cream and flavoring. Spoon into crumb-lined pan. Bake at 250 degrees for about 45 minutes (longer if pan doesnt have a funnel). Turn off heat and leave cake in oven 45 minutes.
