1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbl sugar
3 tbl butter -- melted
FILLING
4 x 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese softened
1 cup sugar
3 tbl all-purpose flour
1 tbl vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
Instructions:
Instructions: Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar and butter and press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes. Filling: Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla extract with an electric mixer, on medium speed, until well blended. Blend in sour cream. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed, just until blended. transfer mixture to prepared crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until center is almost set. run knife or spatula around edge of pan to loosen cake. Cool completely before removing from pan. refrigerate 4 hours to overnight.
