Instructions: Mix first 4 ingredients with mixer. Put a vanilla wafer in cupcake liner, and spoon 1 tablespoon of mixture over wafer. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degree oven. Cool. Then top with pie filling of your choice. Chill until serving time. Then take off liners.
