Instructions: Let cheese soften. Mix sugar; dissolve Jello with a cup of boiling water.
Let it cool (not gelled). Beat cheese, Jello and sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla for 10 minutes. Beat Milnot until whipped and fold into the ingredient mixture. Spread graham crackers on bottom of dish. Add 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 stick melted butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Mix graham crackers, sugar, butter, and vanilla. Spread in dish. Pour ingredient mixture in crust, then add one can of pineapple. Refrigerate overnight. Email this Recipe:
