4 med potatoes, scrubbed
2 tbl oil
2 tsp MAGGI Chicken Stock Powder
1 tsp paprika
1 pkt MAGGI Pizza Sauce Mix
Boiling water
1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp MAGGI Chilli Sauce
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, then cut each half into wedges.

Place in a plastic bag with the oil and toss well to coat the potatoes with oil.

Combine the stock powder and paprika.

Add to the potatoes and toss until they are well coated.

Place the potatoes in a shallow baking dish.

Cook in a preheated oven 200 C for 45-50 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown.

While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the sauce.

Place the sauce mix in a measuring jug.

Make up to 1 cup with boiling water and whisk until smooth.

Whisk in the cumin and chilli sauce.

Top the potatoes with sauce, then sprinkle with the grated cheese.

Grill until the cheese is golden brown.
