Instructions: Brown meat, drain. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasonings. Cover; simmer for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup of cheese; stir until melted. Arrange corn chips on platter. Spoon chili over chips. Top with remaining cheese.
