Instructions: In a 3 quart saucepan, combine potatoes and onion; add the 2 cups water.
Bring to boiling stir in bouillon granules. Cover and cook about 20 min. or till potatoes are tender. Stir in undrained corn, beer, undrained mushrooms, parsley, and dry mustard. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 min. Blend cold water into flour. Stir into hot vegetable mixture. Cook and stir till slightly thickened and bubbly. Stir in the shredder cheese and ham.
