Instructions: Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture is crumbly. Stir in Parmesan cheese and green onions. Add 3/4 cup water, stirring with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead lightly 5 or 6 times. Roll to 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a 3-inch round cutter. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. This recipe yields 8 biscuits. Email this Recipe:
