Recipe for Cheesy Sausage and Egg Bake

1 lb	bulk pork sausage cooked, drained
1/2 cup	sliced fresh mushrooms - (4 oz)
1/2 cup	sliced green onions - (8 med)
1/2 cup	chopped tomatoes - (2 med)
2 cup	shredded mozzarella cheese - (8 oz)
1/4 cup	Original Bisquick mix
1 cup	milk
1/2 tsp	salt
1/2 tsp	chopped fresh oregano leaves
	(or 1/2 tspn dried oregano leaves)
1/2 tsp	freshly-ground black pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease rectangular baking dish, 13 by 9 by 2 inches. Layer sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and cheese in dish.

Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over cheese.

Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and set.

This recipe yields 12 servings.
