Instructions: 1. Trim the fat from the chops and place them under a preheated moderate grill for approximately 8 minutes, turning once, until browned.
2. Mix the apple, cheese and seasoning to taste. Place a spoonful of the mixture on top of each chop and return to the grill for 5 minutes, until the cheese melts. 3. Garnish with apple slices and serve with cooked rice. NOTES : Something decidedly tasty to do with pork chops, delicious served with rice or mange tout. Email this Recipe:
