1 cup Shredded Farmer Cheese(4 oz)
3 tsp Plain Yogurt
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Soy sauce
1/4 cup Chopped Apple
1/4 cup Chopped Carrot
2 tsp Finely chopped Celery
2 tsp Chopped Pecans
2 tsp Currants
1 tsp Toasted Wheat germ
Instructions:
Instructions: In food processor, process cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, and soy sauce until smooth.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Use as a spread on crackers, whole wheat bread, or pita crisps, or stuffed into pita pockets. Makes 1 1/2 cups Variations: - substitute shredded Cheddar for the farmer cheese Spread may be made in advance, and refrigerated 3-4 days.
