Yield: 1 Quart 1. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan. Saute onion and garlic until translucent. 2. Add the vinegar, cloves, allspice and cilantro and simmer until reduced by 1/2.. 3. Add the brown sugar, honey, ancho chile puree, ketchup and worstershire sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes or until proper consistency is achieved. 4. Place in blender and puree until smooth.
