1/2 cup Soy sauce
1/4 x -(up to)
1/2 cup Vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Mince ginger root; then blend well with remaining ingredients.

2. Serve in a dip dish, to accompany pork. VARIATIONS:

1. For the ginger root, substitute 2 garlic cloves, minced.

2. For the salt, substitute 1/2 teaspoon sugar.

3. Reduce the soy sauce to 1 tablespoon.

4. Omit the soy sauce and salt.
