Instructions: Puree all ingredients in a blender, pour into a bowl and freeze till solid (2-3 hours). Remove from the freezer and with a fork, break up the sorbet into large chunks. Transfer the chunks to a food processor or blender and process till smooth and creamy. Return to the bowl and freeze for 30 more minutes. To serve, place a scoop into a sorbet glass or onto a dessert dish and enjoy.
