1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbl ground cumin
1 tbl ground coriander
1 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tbl minced garlic
1 tsp chopped fresh ginger
2 tbl minced fresh lemon zest
1 tbl fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Process cinnamon, cumin, coriander, pepper, salt, cilantro, parsley, garlic, ginger, lemon zest, lemon juice and oil in food processor or blender until almost smooth.

Use to marinate chicken breasts, shrimp or beef steaks for at least 4 hours or up to overnight. Will keep refrigerated up to 3 days.

This recipe yields about 3/4 cup.
