Instructions: Melt sugar in a pan. Add redcurrant jelly, red wine, lemon juice and bring to boil. Melt the butter into sauce and reduce by boiling for 2-3 minutes. Add cherries and allow to heat through for 2 minutes. Pour over kirsch and set alight; allow to burn out.
