Instructions: Combine blueberries, cherries, raspberries, apple juice and lemon juice in an 8-quart stainless steel or enamel saucepan. Place over high heat and stir until mixture comes to a boil.
Add honey and continue stirring. When mixture comes to a full boil, begin timing for approximately 25 minutes. Jam is ready when it resembles thick, sticky syrup. Pour into hot half-pint jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space, and seal. Process in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes. Email this Recipe:
