Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine margarine, powdered sugar, cherry juice, almond extract and food coloring. Blend well. Stir in flour and salt. Add cherries and mix well. Form dough in 1 inch balls and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Immediately top each cookie with chocolate kiss. Remove from cookie sheets.
