Instructions: Chop cherries roughly.
Mix the flour and sugar together and rub in butter. Add all other ingredients and mix until well combined. Pour into a greased 20cm cake tin and bake 180C/360F for 45 minutes. Glaze with icing and decorate with cherries when cool. Serve with afternoon tea. Email this Recipe:
