Instructions: Mix sugar, butter, milk and marshmallows together. Bring to a boil and boil 5 minutes on low. Stir in cherry chips and vanilla. Spread in a butter 9 x 13 pan. Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together, stir in peanuts. Spread over cooled cherry mix. Let set.

Cherry chips are hard to find. This year (1996) I found them at Thriftway at overbrook.
