1 lrg	Onion, thinly sliced
1 tbl	Vegetable Oil
1 pt	Red Cherry Tomatoes, stemmed
	And halved
1 pt	Yellow Cherry Tomatoes,
	Stemmed and halved
	----------------- DRESSING ----------------
1 x	Clove Garlic, minced
1/3 cup	Olive Oil
1/4 cup	Wine Vinegar
1 tbl	Basalmic Vinegar
2 tbl	Italian Parsley, chopped
	Salt

Instructions:

Instructions: Brown onion in vegetable oil in a large skillet. Toss with cherry tomatoes and dressing ingredients. Serve.
