Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
2 med apples, unpeeled, cored, diced
1/4 cup seedless raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup red maraschino cherry halves, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbl lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix lightly. Chill.

Just before servings, blend mayonnaise and lemon juice; add to salad, tossing lightly but thoroughly.

Serve on crisp greens.
