Instructions: This makes a wonderful loaf of bread. It is moist and light, and would be good for French toast.

You cant use the time-bake setting, but regular and rapid bake cycles are fine. My bread machine is a Panasonic, and the yeast amounts are fine. I have only used the regular active dry yeast, but I do choose the kind for bread machines.
