Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease and flour 9x13" pan.
Cake: Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt, and cinnamon with mixer. Add shredded carrots, oil, and eggs. Beat on low speed until blended. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing cake from pan. Frosting: Cream together cream cheese, margarine, and vanilla. Gradually add sugar.
