2 cup all-purpose flour
2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cup shredded carrots
1 cup vegetable oil
4 x eggs
----------------- Frosting: ----------------
3 oz cream cheese -- softened
1/4 cup margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease and flour 9x13" pan.

Cake: Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt, and cinnamon with mixer. Add shredded carrots, oil, and eggs. Beat on low speed until blended. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing cake from pan.

Frosting: Cream together cream cheese, margarine, and vanilla.

Gradually add sugar. Beat until smooth.
