1 x	Yellow cake mix
1 x	Butter or margarine melted
1 x	Egg beaten

8 oz	Cream cheese softened
3 x	Eggs
1 x	Powdered sugar

Instructions:

Instructions: Crust: Mix all ingredients together. Pat into an ungreased 9x13" pan. (Mixture will be "doughy").

Filling: Beat cream cheese and eggs together well. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla gradually. Pour over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
