Instructions: Cream butter and sugar, then beat in eggs, one at a time. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into pie pans. (The filling will look curdled.)
Bake at 450 deg. for 15 minutes, then reduce to 325 deg, and bake 15 to 20 minutes more, until filling is set. Cool on cake racks, and serve with spiced whipped cream topping. Topping: 1 cup whipping cream, whipped 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1 tbsp finely chopped candied ginger Email this Recipe:
