1 cup Cooked Chestnut Crumbs
1 x egg, lightly beaten
75 gm butter
1 x onion, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Cook the onion for a few minutes in the butter (microwave OK). Mix with the Cooked Chestnut Crumbs, then fold in the beaten egg followed by the citrus.

Stuff chicken or turkey and roast.

(An exciting variation to the traditional Thanksgiving Turkey stuffing.

Excellent for ducks in a slow cooker. Can also be used as a filling for crepes, spring rolls, etc)
