8 cup whole wheat bread cubed in 1" pieces
1 cup onions small diced
1 cup celery small diced
1 tbl garlic minced
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 cup nonfat chicken stock
1/2 cup roasted chestnuts chopped
3 tbl fresh sage chopped
1 tbl fresh thyme chopped
1 tbl fresh parsley chopped
2 tsp kosher salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Sweat the onions and celery in a sauce pan with 2 Tblsp. of chicken stock over
medium heat. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.

Adjust seasoning if desired. Place in pan or in a mold and bake at 350 degrees
F., covered until heated. Approximately 20 minutes. Serve with our Healthier
Holiday Jerk Roasted Turkey Breast.
