3/4 cup Dark miso paste, (comes in a block)
3 tbl Sugar
1/2 cup Hot water, (more if needed to thin out the dressing)
3/4 cup Rice vinegar, (for a different taste use lime or lemon juice FRESH squeezed)
2 tsp Light soy sauce
1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped
1 tbl Fresh ginger root, finely grated
1 tsp Honey - adjust to taste
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbl Sesame tahini
2 tbl Dulse chopped
1 tbl Jim Campbells Screaming Red Savina Mash

Instructions: Try this out on your next salad..

Combine sugar and hot water, Add the following stirring as you go miso, rice wine vinegar, soy, onion, honey, ginger, tahini, mustard, duluse, savina mash and the diced habenero Should look like chocolate pudding before cooking - adjust to taste and heat. Place in a blender for about 3-4 mins - check for taste Should be slightly sweet and sour - with your amount of heat
