Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 . Grease an EKCO Bakers Secret Cookie Sheet.

2. Toss coconut with flour and salt. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla; mix well. Drop batter by quarter-cupfuls one inch apart onto prepared cookie sheet.

3. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan; cool on wire rack.

Makes about 18 macaroons.
