Instructions: Everyone needs a Black & Decker toaster oven. Give these cookies along with it to show how much more it can do than toast!

1. In large mixing bowl, cream together butter or margarine and brown sugar using the PowerPro Spatula Mixer at low speed. Blend in egg.

2. Add flour and continue mixing until mixture holds together.

3. Add nuts, apricots and raisins; mix until blended.

4. Preheat Toast-R-Oven toaster at 325F. for 5 minutes.

Spread mixture over greased oven tray and press dough down along edges. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until done. Cut into squares immediately.

Makes: 2 dozen 1-1/2" squares.
