6 oz Anchovies
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 lb Carrots,Peeled -- Coarsely Chop
1 lb Celery,Raw,Stalk -- Coarsley Chop
1/2 cup Wine, White
6 lb Tomatoes,Red,Ripe -- Finely chop
12 oz Tomatoes,Crushed
1/2 cup Tomato Paste
1/4 qt Chicken Stock,Canned,Prepared
1/2 whl Lemon Zest
1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
4 x Beef Boullion Cube,Unprepared
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper -- Freshly ground
1/4 tsp Garlic, Granulated
3/4 tsp Pepper, Red, Crushed
1/4 tsp Basil,Dried,Ground
1/2 tsp Thyme,Ground
Instructions:
Instructions: In a medium large saucepan place the anchovies and the olive oil. Simmer them on medium low for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the anchovies have dissolved.

In a large saucepan place the dissolved anchovies and the oil. Add the remainder of the ingredients and stir them together. Simmer the mixture for 1 hour.
