1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 can (16- to 19-oz) chick-peas, rinsed and drained
1 jar , (3-oz) pimiento-stuffed olives (about 1/2 cup), drained and sliced
1 tbl Minced fresh parsley leaves
Instructions:
Instructions: In a bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, and mustard. Add chick-peas, olives, parsley, pepper, and salt to taste and toss to combine.
