Ingredients:

4 x Split chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
14 oz Red Chile
3 x Cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Oregano, crushed
Instructions:
Instructions: 1. Cut raw chicken into strips. Place in a deep baking dish.

2. In a bowl, combine Red Chile, garlic, salt and oregano.

3. Pour mixture over poultry.

4. Marinate in refrigerator up to 24 hours.

5. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.

Makes six 4 oz. servings.
