Instructions: Marinate chicken in sesame soy sauce for one hour. Fry chicken pieces in oil until golden brown. Add crushed garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, pineapple chunks syrup and peppercorn then simmer until chicken is tender. Add pineapple chunks. Serve hot with warm steamed rice.
