Instructions: Roll lemon on counter to soften. Pierce well with a fork and place in the cavity of chicken. Place chicken in crock pot that has been sprayed with vegetable spray. Mix honey and orange juice well and pour over chicken. Season with garlic pepper. Cook on low until done (7-8 hrs) Carefully remove chicken from pot and onto platter. Remove lemon and squeeze juice over chicken.
