2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast (cooked and chopped)
1 lrg can (or two normal cans) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk or heavy cream
2 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack Cheese
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 - Mix the condensed soup with the milk or cream until well blended. In a large casserole dish, layer the chicken, cheese, and chips alternately with a good layer of soup mixture. Be sure to start with chips and end with cheese. Pat the casserole down to make sure that there are no air pockets or uneven layers. Bake covered for 35 minutes, then uncovered until top is crisp and golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
