Instructions: Boil a chicken in the usual way. reserve stock. Cut chicken into pieces and arrange on a bed of rice, or spaghetti. Prepare a sauce by pounding cashew nuts with some hot pepper sauce and a pinch of salt. Fry two onions and add to nut mixture, with some of the chicken stock. Pour over the chicken.
