Instructions: Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice. Coat with flour. Melt butter. Saute chicken 5 - 6 minutes each side. Using large pan, combine broth and wine. Bring to running boil. Boil over medium heat about 6 minutes or until liquid is reduced to 2/3 cup. Add cream. Continue to boil until sauce is reduced to 1 3/4 cup about 8 - 10 minutes. Stir in lemon juice. Heat oven to 375 degrees. In 9 x 13 pan, arrange broccoli. Place chicken breasts on top. Pour sauce over. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until bubbly. Calories = 480.
NOTES : The sauce in this dish is excellent but rich. This makes a nice company dinner because it can be prepared in advance. Email this Recipe:
