1 tsp ginger root crushed
1/4 cup sweet white wine
1 x clove garlic
1 tbl sugar
1/2 lb chicken breasts skinned, deboned
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all and refrigerate at least 1 hr.

Cook on BBQ, and use marinade to baste.
