4 x Split Chicken breasts, Tyson Holly Farms
2 x 8 oz. baking potatoes, cut as desired
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
2 tbl Lemon juice
2 tsp Minced garlic
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 F. Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Arrange chicken in single layer in shallow baking pan.

Arrange potatoes in same pan. Sprinkle chicken and potatoes lightly with salt and pepper. Combine vegetable oil, lemon juice, garlic and seasonings; brush on chicken and potatoes. Bake at 350 F for 50 to 55 minutes or until chicken is done and potatoes are tender when tested with a fork. Remove chicken and potatoes to a warm platter to serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
