1. Remove skin from chicken, if desired. On waxed paper, combine flour and thyme. Coat chicken lightly with mixture. 2. In large skillet over medium high heat, melt margarine. Brown chicken 3 minutes on each side. Spoon off fat. 3. Stir in soup, juice and rind. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Serve with noodles. Makes 4 servings. Variations: 1.Drumsticks: use 8 pieces. In step 2 above, simmer 25 to 30 minutes. adjustments so that I could use in my WW123 program, the chicken originally was 4 chicken breast halves about 2 lbs, the margarine was 2 tablespoons and also 1 can Campbells Cream of Chicken soup.
