2 whl chicken breasts without skin boned
1 sm onion chopped fine
1 x clove garlic chopped
1/2 lb mushroom sliced
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup white wine
pepper
1 pch salt
1 tsp rosemary dried
Instructions:
Instructions: Brown chicken breasts in a nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray, about 3 minutes per side. Remove chicken from pan.

Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms, and saute until onion is translucent.

Add vinegar, wine, pepper, salt, and rosemary.

Bring mixture to simmer, add chicken, cover, and simmer until chicken is cooked - about 20 minutes.

Remove chicken and reduce sauce over high heat to about 1/2 cup.

Remove sauce from heat and whisk in butter. Pour over chicken.

I like to use more mushrooms and use them as a topping for a baked potato.
