Amount Ingredient
1 x chopped onion
2 tsp (s) dried tarragon
1/3 cup (s) chicken broth
1/4 cup (s) dry white wine
1 tbl (s) Worcestershire sauce
3 x Clove(s) crushed garlic
4 x chicken breast
2 x chopped,steamed carrot
3 tbl (s) lemon juice
1 tsp (s) Dijon mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Saute onion and garlic in Pam cooking spray or a little oil. Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Add carrots and cook for 1 minute. Then add the rest of the ingredients except cornstarch and 1/3 cup chicken broth. Simmer 20 minutes, covered. Use cornstarch mixed in chicken broth to thicken sauce.
