1 x (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, drained and cooked
1 x chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
9 x " pastry shell, partially baked
3 x eggs
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbl lemon juice
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sprinkle broccoli, chicken, cheese in shell. Beat eggs, cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper until mixed but not frothy. Pour into shell. Bake 35 - 40 minutes until center is set.
