Ingredients:

700 gm Chicken breast, skinned and boned
1 tsp Salt or to taste
2 x Cloves garlic, peeled and coarsely chopped, up to 3
2 tbl Cooking oil
1/2 tsp Ground coriander
1/4 tsp Ground turmeric
1/4 tsp Chilli powder, up to /2, up to
1/2 tbl Lemon juice
Instructions:
Instructions: Wash the chicken and dry on absorbent paper. Cut into 1" cubes. Add the salt to the garlic and crush to a smooth pulp. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add the garlic and fry until lightly browned.

Add the chicken and fry for 6-7 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the ground coriander, turmeric and chilli powder. Fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice and coriander leaves.

Serve hot or cold.
