Instructions: Heat the butter in a skillet and then add the ground chicken and the onion. Cook and crumble until the chicken is cooked through. Add the basil, salt and pepper, cook 1 minute. Stir in the flour, then add the broth and the milk. Cook and stir until the mixture thickens. Stir in the clams, wine and parsley. Heat through and serve over your favourite hot cooked pasta.
